In this issue we feature a mixture of renovations and award winning work plus art and culturalexhibitions, gardens and heritage buildings and the challenges compliance with current regulations.

Lead is featured with ‘A Royal Connection for The Lead Contractors Association Murdoch Awards’. The LCA celebrated 26 years of its coveted Murdoch Awards, awarded only to those who demonstrate the very highest standards of craftmanship in lead roofing. The standard of this years entries is outstanding.

Technical Training with Prestigious Hard Metal Awards for The Federation of Traditional Metal Roofers, where new FTMRC Chairman, Trevor Corser, was host to a record attendance from the FTMRC membership at its annual Technical Seminar.

We also feature the British Woodworking Federation 2022 Awards. This will be the 14th year of the BWF Awards, which  celebrate the outstanding skills and talent in the woodworking and joinery sector, and the milestone achievements of the past year.

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has announced the 2022 regional award winners. The Regional Winners for the UK Awards 2022 in the Heritage Project category have been
revealed with some of the most impressive recent building projects from across the UK on the list.

We are pleased to celebrate The IHBC at 25, Seán O’Reilly IHBC, Director expandes upon there 25th anniversary, their history what they have planned and achieved. AVA are also featured they are an  independent voice and support to architectural practices that promotes high standards inpractice, they highlight their sevices and some of their members.
