QuadraBuild is a specialist construction contractor providing masonry repair, remedial piling and access ramps for historic and existing buildings. We work with property owners, architects, engineers and conservation teams to develop practical solutions suited to each building and its setting.

Our masonry repair work includes crack stitching and bed joint reinforcement to stabilise cracked brickwork and other masonry. Our helical piling system provides foundations for structural repairs and underpinning, including where access is restricted or nearby trees call for a carefully planned approach.

We also design, supply and install modular ramps, steps, platforms and handrails to improve access to historic, public and private buildings. At the Royal Gunpowder Mills, we installed a modular steel ramp and steps beside a refurbished listed building, with minimal connections to the historic fabric.
