We are proud to be one of the first-choice restoration and conservation contractors to St. George’s Chapel Windsor Castle, the National Trust, Historic England, English Heritage and The Prince’s Regeneration Trust as well as many places of worship and Private Estates across the country.
Industry Leaders
Led by heritage expert Alan Staley, ASBC have been raising their profile and expanding their portfolio of services over three decades.
With an incredible team of local, experienced, crafts men and women we offer a full range of services from stone masonry, including both banker and fixer masonry, lead work, lime plastering, lime mortars, lime render, lime screeds, lime washes, carpentry, joinery, window restoration, structural repairs, metal work, brick work and all aspects of roofing.
Ecclesiastical Experts
ASBC help to protect our most precious and irreplaceable places of worship across the country. We have a deep expertise, knowledge and understanding of ancient buildings, quinquennial reports, grant funding availability and the challenges of internal approval processes. We work closely with the Churches Conservation Trust and the Diocese of Derby, Nottingham and Lichfield Cathedrals.
Educators
Passionate about the future of heritage skills, ASBC take a very active role when it comes to inspiring young people to consider a career in our particular area of expertise. Not only do we provide demonstration days and ‘have-a-go’ sessions for local communities and organisations, we have also welcomed several individuals on work experience and the national apprenticeship scheme.
