Managing Director Pete Carvell is a passionate MEP Design Engineer with a broad range of engineering feasibility, design, maintenance, management, and contract administration experience for projects worldwide.

He began his career in Facilities Management, working as a key member of an Estate Development Team. Since those early days he has made the switch to MEP consultancy and has over ten years experience.

Pete views his role as one with a duty to support and encourage the development of emerging technologies and endeavours to consistently improve building performance in terms of both physical and behavioural assessment. This role is one with duty of care not only to the environment and project functionality, but also to the well being of the end user, with appropriate consideration of how an environment can affect human mood, health and behaviour.

Pete has always had a multi disciplinary approach to his work. Pete has a broad knowledge of Mechanical, Public Health, Lighting, Power, Communication, Energy Management and Building Control Systems, all complimented by a robust appreciation of inspirational architectural design.
