Frank Holmes Fine Decor has over 35 years’ experience in heritage decorating, incorporatingtraditional skillssuch as gilding andfaux finishes. A wallpaper installation specialist andan Approved Lincrusta Installer and Restorer, Frankundertakes repairs and restoration of heritage raised relief wallpapers, dado panels, friezes and ceiling tiles including pre-war Lincrusta, Anaglypta, Tynecastle Tapestry, and other similar embossed wall coverings dating from c.1870s.Amanda manages the office anda growing archive collection.

For special projects we are able to reproduce vintagedesignsno longer available on the high street. If you would like to reinstate period Victorian or Edwardian decorative features such as dado panels, friezes, or decorative door panel inserts, please contact us to arrange an appointment to view our heritage collection or to arrange a survey prior to upcoming renovations or restoration.

Frank is a Freeman of the Painter-Stainers’ Guild, a member of the Wallpaper History Society,the Traditional Paint Forum, SPAB and ICON.  Based near Lancaster, Frank Holmes Fine Décor is perfectly placed to work across northwest Englandand beyond, including the Republic of Ireland.
