Description

Electronic Audio Systems Ltd has been in operation since 1988.

We have many years of experience in designing, installing and maintaining high quality sound systems to various types of clients, mainly in the London and Home Counties.

We specialise in the design, supply and installation of professional sound systems for any type of building/venue/use. Each project has a different process for ensuring that the system we supply is exactly to the client's satisfaction.

Survey/specification
We always want to view the building, together with the client, where a sound system is required. This is to ensure that we understand how the system is to be used and to see the environment where the new system is to be installed..

Of course, we respect the involvement of specialist A-V, Acoustic or Electrical consultants and should the client have already engaged a consultant to determine the system requirements, cable routes and schematic drawings then we are pleased to respond to written specification/tenders.

Quotation
Whether we negotiate direct with the client, or the client's consultant we will produce a full written quotation which will include:
• a description of how the system will operate
• schematic drawing to help understand how the system will work
• plan and elevation drawings to indicate the positions of microphones, control equipment, loudspeakers and sockets
• a cable schedule to show the types of cables & routes
• an itemised cost schedule to identify the equipment, cable and labour
• a time-line plan to indicate the different stages involved in the installation to ensure that the system is installed by the client's deadline.

Instruction to proceed
Following the acceptance of our quotation we then will check all details with the client prior to ordering the specialist equipment and cable.

If the project involves a main contractor and other sub-contractors we will meet with them to ensure complete coordination of common services such as mains power points, conduits and trunking required for the sound system that may be provided by other contractors.

Upon completion of the installation full training will be provided to ensure that the client's team understand how the system will work and simple operations such as changing batteries in radio microphones or infra-red hand-held controllers.

Full testing of the system will take place during the commissioning and certificates of conformity will be produced together with a schedule of all equipment and associated serial numbers.

Here is a list of churches and places of worship that have benefited from a Sound System designed and installed by us.
