Commercial Kitchen Design
The first and most important element of the catering kitchen design process is for us to listen. Once we have a clear understanding of your ideas and aspirations whether that be a small commercial kitchen or large kitchen design and installation. Each project we are involved with is designed with close attention to detail, efficiency and ergonomics. Our highly skilled team of designers rely on many years of experience and considerable industry knowledge to create solutions that will provide long-term value and a lasting return on investment. In order that we are able to illustrate ideas clearly, we have invested in the latest CAD technology. In addition to accurate plans, the use of these tools allows our design team to prepare 3D photo-realistic images and present concepts in full-motion virtual reality.

The result of more than two years of research and development, our VR system is the closest experience currently possible next to exploring a physical commercial kitchen installation.

Project fulfilment
Once the design phase is complete for your commercial kitchen, the layout agreed and the instruction to proceed is given the project is assigned to one of our project managers. Your project manager will be your single point of contact who will handle all aspects of the project. Our project managers are extremely proficient on-site and will liaise with other trades involved such as the builder, electrician and mechanical contractor. The project manager will attend site meetings and ensure that from concept to handover all the steps are accomplished accurately, on time and within budget.

Service & Aftercare
We understand the absolute need for a fast and efficient response in the event of equipment failure and believe our ability to consistently provide exactly that is one of the key things that really sets us apart. Coordinated by experienced operators our service department is manned by our own highly trained engineers situated at strategic locations around the UK. In addition to our own engineers, we have longstanding partnerships with approved independent agents to ensure nationwide coverage at all times. Our experience and total commitment to getting you fully functional again as quickly as possible is the underlying principle that ensures that your operation, as well as our reputation, is in safe hands.
