From our HQ in Cornwall, we offer our services both locally and nationally, having worked extensively on a variety of Conservation & Heritage projects throughout the United Kingdom.

Desmonde Associates was founded in 1982 by Structural Engineer Philip Desmonde. Since the firm’s inception, we have pushed the limits of technology, design and sustainability winning us multiple prestigious awards over the past four decades.

Since 1982 we have helped build resilience, embrace new technologies and ensure fitness for the future, across housing, industrial, commercial, hospitals and schools, civil engineering projects, building infrastructure and urban spaces.
