With its large stock of traditional buildings together with an increasing need of acoustic and security solutions, secondary glazing is playing an increasingly important role in adapting existing properties for the demands of the twenty first century. Selectaglaze secondary glazing; what is it?
Secondary glazing is a fully independent internal window, fitted on the room side of the existing primary window. This provides significant noise reduction, improved thermal performance and enhanced security.

All units are bespoke and designed with careful consideration to meet the needs of the project. They are manufactured at the St Albans factory and installed throughout London and the Home Counties by a team of in-house installers. The remainder of the UK is supplied through a network of approved referral partners.

Selectaglaze has a wealth of experience in providing secondary glazing for Listed buildings and offers assistance with Listed planning applications.

Consent is required for any alterations that would affect the character of a building and it is criminal offence to carry out these works without it.
